MOL Switch announces the office opening

A corporate venture capital backed by Japanese shipping conglomerate Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd., announces the official opening of its office in Palo Alto, CA.

MOL Switch LLC, headed by CEO Tomoaki Ichida, started its business earlier this year in Silicon Valley, and had the office opening event on September 29.

The event was quite lively with more than 100 visitors, and they enjoyed drinks and snacks.

“So glad to have many visitors today, and we hope to collaborate with the folks in this room and to help the world decarbonize together.”, said Ichida during his speech.

MOL Switch is set to invest in the startups and venture capitals in such space, namely climate tech domain including (without limitation) next-gen fuel, battery and carbon capture/usage technology.
